Lynda Hatcher set up the Transformation Partnership over 15 years ago. Most of our work comes through personal recommendation.
The company has access to a network of associate consultants and Lynda is always personally involved in projects. She also works as an associate with other consulting organisations.
She has worked in senior HR, Change Management, and OD positions across many sectors, both public and private. Lynda is highly experienced.
She is a Chartered Fellow of the Institute of Personnel and Development, qualified Leadership Coach and has an Honours degree in Economics.
The Transformation Partnership’s approach is based on a belief that trying to make things simple and straightforward is most likely to generate success and value.
Also that internal best practice and building on strengths are often overlooked in bringing about change.
Lynda believes in building long term relationships based on the transfer of skills and learning and as such finds that the majority of The Transformation Partnership’s work comes through referral.
